Making It Right

We want you on ProbeEdge because it's worth it — not because you're stuck.

If something's not right, reach out and we'll make it right. Email probeedge@gmail.com with your account and a short note about what happened. We review every request personally and aim to respond within a few business days.

Subscriptions

ProbeEdge subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account, and cancellation stops all future charges.

Animated Companion subscriptions bill at $4.99/month or $39/year and auto-renew unless cancelled, per the Terms of Service (§5).
