I. DATA WE COLLECT

We collect information you provide directly — including your email address, username, and account credentials — as well as data generated through your use of the platform: calibration scores, prediction entries, game outcomes, session timestamps, and interaction patterns. Device metadata (browser type, IP address, general location) is logged for security and fraud prevention.

II. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Your data is used to operate and personalize the AXON platform — powering calibration routing, prediction scoring, leaderboard rankings, and AI advisor responses. Aggregate, anonymized data may be used to improve platform models and game balance. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for external advertising networks.

III. DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES

We share data with a limited set of infrastructure providers required to operate the platform: Railway (hosting), Supabase (database), Redis Cloud (session state), and ElevenLabs (voice synthesis). Each provider operates under their own data processing agreements. No behavioral or predictive data is shared with third-party marketers or data brokers.

IV. YOUR RIGHTS & CONTROLS

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. Calibration history, prediction records, and account data can be reset or removed upon verified request. Account deletion permanently removes all associated records from active systems within 30 days. Archived or anonymized data may be retained for platform integrity purposes.

All requests are reviewed within 5 business days. This ledger was last updated April 2026 and supersedes all prior privacy disclosures.
