PROBEEDGE — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ProbeEdge platform, including ProbeEdge, Slot Wars, Hangout, Rap Battle, and Aether, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. ProbeEdge reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age. You must have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement. You may not access from Belgium or the Netherlands.

3. Platform Description

ProbeEdge is a prediction simulation and intelligence platform — NOT a gambling platform. All activity uses platform credits, not real money. Slot Wars uses spin credits only — no real cash prizes. Hangout uses a Star-based reward economy — Stars have no cash value. Aether manages in-platform credits only.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. ProbeEdge may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violation of these Terms.

5. Platform Credits & Economy

A 1% platform maintenance fee applies to all internal transactions. Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real money. Animated Companion subscriptions at $4.99/month or $39/year auto-renew unless cancelled.

6. AI Companions

Cody and RiRi are AI entities powered by Anthropic Claude and ElevenLabs voice technology. They are not human. Their responses do not constitute professional advice of any kind. ProbeEdge is not liable for decisions made based on AI responses.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not attempt to access God Mode, the Vault, or architect-only routes. You may not reverse engineer the platform. You may not use bots or scripts to manipulate platform mechanics. You may not exploit the platform economy. You may not upload illegal or harmful content.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, architecture, AI entity configurations, and design elements are the exclusive intellectual property of ProbeEdge. No rights are granted to users.

9. Termination

ProbeEdge may terminate your account at any time. Credits and in-platform assets are forfeited upon termination for cause.

10. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. ALL PREDICTIONS AND SIMULATIONS ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

11. Limitation of Liability

PROBEEDGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
