ProbeEdge is committed to protecting your privacy. By using the platform you consent to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account info: username, email, password. Profile info: profile picture and display name. Payments processed through Stripe — we do not store card details. Location data used for Hangout Vibe Compass. AI conversations processed through Anthropic Claude API. Voice interactions processed through ElevenLabs.

3. How We Use Your Information

To operate and improve the platform. To process payments. To personalize AI companion experience. To power Hangout location features. To detect fraud and security threats. To enforce Terms of Service.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your data. We share only with service providers: Supabase, Railway, Vercel, Stripe, Anthropic, ElevenLabs. We may disclose if required by law.

5. Data Storage & Security

Data stored on Supabase and Railway. Security includes HMAC-SHA256 signing, JWT authentication, Redis nonce caching, rate limiting, and server-side breach detection.

6. Location Data

Used only for Hangout Vibe Compass. Not sold to advertisers. You can revoke location permission in device settings at any time.

7. Cookies & Tracking

We use session tokens and local storage only. No third-party advertising trackers. The platform is ad-free.

8. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your data. Contact miamibest20@gmail.com to exercise these rights.

9. Children's Privacy

Platform is not intended for users under 18. Accounts belonging to minors will be terminated immediately.
